• Pre-arrival check-in form — expected arrival time, vehicle count, and any special requests you submit.
• Damage reports — descriptions, photos, and location notes submitted through the damage reporting form.
• Communications — emails and SMS messages we send you (booking confirmations, payment reminders, check-in instructions) and any replies you send back.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send reservation-related communications via our SMS provider (Twilio) and will never be shared with advertisers or other third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver those messages.

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform with access restricted to authorized administrators. Payment information is handled entirely by PCI-compliant payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.
